Flamboyan Foundation invites diverse and collaborative teams to apply for the second cohort of the National Family Engagement Fellowship. The Fellowship seeks to build the capacity of change makers, in teams of 4 or 5, who are interested in leading the charge for effective, equitable, and educator-led family engagement in their communities. Fellows will participate in a professional learning community with colleagues from around the country to plan, implement, and share lessons learned about their family engagement work. Flamboyan Foundation will select up to five fellowship teams and provide them with resources and professional development through bi-monthly coaching and whole cohort convenings, virtually and in-person.

Over the course of the 20-month fellowship, Fellows will:

– Build knowledge and skills, particularly around family engagement planning;

– Conduct in-depth analysis and design for their unique context;

– Develop a sustainable, organizational approach for family engagement practice; and

– Join a network of family engagement practitioners

Applications are no longer being accepted. Please email national@flamboyanfoundation.org for more information.
